This video is all about sensory connection, focus, and relaxation. It's about noticing all the sensations in your body and conjuring others by focusing on what I tell you it feels like. It touches on all five senses, asking you to imagine smells or tastes or how an object feels against your skin. A lot of it feels like hypnosis, or at least hypnotic suggestions. All in all, deep sensory focus to intensely relax you :)
