I like this. It feels pretty casual, and I definitely wish there was a bit more variety in the different power-ups you can receive as you play. But, overall it's the kind of game you can jump into for 5-15 minutes and have a good time with, which I like.
I'm somewhat disappointed in how little there feels to be in the various upgrades during your runs. Few weapons, and a lack of meaningful speed boosts/weapon strength means most runs feel pretty identical. The level up system for permanent upgrades encourages you to save up your space crystals in order to purchase new ships, which I have mixed feelings about. I think it's fine overall, but as I'm investing quite a bit into the starter ship I have far less incentive to really jump into another.
Overall it's a fun title that I've enjoyed so far. I don't think it's going to be a game that gets any considerable amount of playtime out of me, as the gameplay loop never really reaches a point of "I can't wait to do this again." It's just a constant flow of "Cool."
