Meet David Quinones, chief pilot and founder of SkyCamUsa, a NY-based startup that uses drones to film aerial photography and video for films and television. Due to the legal restrictions, SkyCam currently only films outside the United States, in locations like Mexico where commercial drone usage is permitted. We spent an afternoon with David at a park in New York, to chat about his drones and watch one in action.
