Don't feel miserable from something as simple as a video game. Surely most of them actually require brain power, am not gonna doubt this, but your life is NOT determined by any outcome of those video games :) Your life is not miserable if you lose a lot of games. Keep improving, and keep looking at your own mistakes first. Most people are afraid to admit their mistakes, so they become enemies of progress. This means stagnation, which equates to "gg, easy, all me, thank you for tutorial" outcomes against them. :D
