Inner Reconciliation, EFT and even meditation are still in the experimental stage and, while a growing number of PhD's and MD's are adopting these and things like it, we cannot claim that it is risk free. That said, after many years of practice, I am unaware of anyone experiencing negative side effects from using these videos or any of the techniques presented in them.
