Mod that released recently on the forums. I'm looking through it to find out exactly how it changes gameplay.

The original forum post doesn't really delve into too much detail about what exactly is changed, so we're all going to find out together this stream I suppose. Here are all the listed changes:
• Custom E]x[F style splash screen
• Changed campaign and interface colors to Red, Blue, and Gold
• Added Command & Conquer sounds for buildings, infantry, and vehicles
• Bulldozer can now heal buildings
• Multiplayer compatible
• Added Community Mods and Maps
