Not the best at this game, and Mouse/Keyboard is still superior, but I just find it more fun and engaging to play this way. No Auto-Aim (set to NEVER).

Still continuing to tweak my config parameters but I have settled on this overall layout...

Right Trackpad: Mostly Horizontal Turning (vertical scaled down, high smoothing)
Gyro (active when touching right trackpad): Aiming
Left Joystick: WASD Movement
Shoulder Triggers: Shoot, Alt Fire
Shoulder Bumpers: Select Disperser, Penetrator
Back Bumpers: Jump, Crouch, Sprint
ABXY: More Weapon Select
Right Joystick: More Weapon Select
D-Pad: Medkit, Radar
