iOS 12.4 Beta 4 has been out for a few days and iOS 13 Beta 1 has been out for almost two weeks. I share my experience with both iOS 12.4 Beta 4 and iOS 13 Beta 1. iOS 13 has been very buggy with multiple crashes and problems and if you are thinking of installing it on your main devices, I would not just yet.
