If you ever had your iOS 6 jailbroken, you probably heard of the tweak Badger. It gives you the ability to check your badge notifications by either swiping up or double tapping on an icon. Right now it's available and redesigned to fit with iOS 7.

This is a quick new way to browse your notification and manage them can be done using Badger 7. There are some options to configure for example: visual options that allows you to change the blur, animation speed and darken amount as well as a few options to change the badge count.
