I've experienced this with all of my iOS 8 devices (iPad mini 2 retina and iPhone 6 Plus). iOS 8.0 and 8.1 (latest). The clipboard contents keep reverting to something I had copied in the past.

At one point, I demonstrate that it copies and pastes the new text correctly, then pastes the old text again.

It's absolutely maddening when this happens. Usually, I've already closed the tab or app I had copied from. I can't always go back to try copying the text again. This infuriates me to no end and I can't understand how this persisted from 8.0 to 8.1 without being a priority bugfix.

Another glitch that happens frequently with iOS 8 causes the text functions to disappear instantly. This affects all of my iOS 8 devices.

This also demonstrates a usability issue with pop-up input dialog boxes from web pages. Even though the input dialog box should already have keyboard focus, you still have to tap in it to make a keyboard appear. The box jumps abruptly from the middle of the screen to the top. I believe that glitch has been around since iOS 7.
