iPhone 14 Pro: How to Turn Off / Power Off / Shutdown
Turning off, powering off, or shutting down your iPhone 14 Pro or iPhone 14 Pro Max is a straightforward process. This video explains two methods to turn off your device.
The first method involves using the physical buttons on your iPhone. On the left side, you'll find the volume up and volume down buttons, while the power button is located on the right side. Simply pressing the power button will only lock the screen, not shut down the phone. To fully power off your iPhone, press and hold the volume down and power button simultaneously. After a few seconds, the "slide to power off" option will appear. Slide it to the right to turn off your iPhone.
If the physical buttons aren't working or you'd prefer an alternative method, you can also power off your iPhone through the settings. Open the "Settings" app, or swipe down to access the Control Center. In the Control Center, you'll see a small power icon. Tapping this icon will bring up the "slide to power off" option, allowing you to shut down your device from there.
Both methods will successfully power off your iPhone 14 Pro, making it easy to shut down the device whenever necessary.
