iPhone 5 Shattered in 5 days
250This iphone 5 was 5 days old. i didnt buy apple care for this phone because i had many issues with my 4S and took it in at least 3 times, and they WOULDNT replace it. they said it wasnt a hardware issue. i have a huge scratch on my 4s screen, and they wouldnt replace it. i have knicks on the glass on my 4s, they said they wouldnt replace it. I took it in the last time, and they did some bullshit and said it should fix the battery issue, and i left for dinner and then came back because my phone went from 29% to 4% in 1 hr AFTER they said it would be fixed. they STILL didnt give me a replacement with my apple care, instead they did a full reset again.
So i ask you, why the hell would i waste my money and get apple care if they dont replace the fucking phone!! so i get my iphone 5 and within 5 days the screen is shattered. pretty much unbelievable.
I dropped the phone from less than 3 feet one time, and this was the results. My 4S was dropped many more times and didnt do this. I know it is my own stupidity as to my phone being shattered, but it still sucks, i feel pretty ripped off. if they dont fix my phone for a decent price, i will switch to the Galaxy S3, no questions asked. im tired of the crappy support i have received from apple for a product that doesnt even do the things i need as a heavy Youtuber, blogger etc.
Ok im done venting. i feel better. time to reflect on my bad decisions.
