If your iphone 6s keeps restarting your going to want to first
1. if it is stuck in a loop or just restarting your going to want to
hold down home and power button and release power button when apple logo shows up. you will have to try this a couple of times to get it to work and if it doesntplug it into your comp load up itunes and click restore
2. check charging port for debris or a or any sign of corrosion clean it out
3. remove sim card and try using the power and home button
4. once you get back into your phone reset all settings
update iphone to latest ios
5. run a diagnostics to see if an app is causing the problem
6. if problem persists take into in apple repair shop it might be the battery of a hardware problem
