If your iphone 6s keyboard is not working there are some things you can do to get it working correctly again. What your going to first want to do is
1. Simply restart your phone and try reloading the keyboard. This will sometimes work if your iphone 6s has not been turned off in awhile and might be overheating
2. Go into the settings and find accessibility and disable reachability
3. Try updating your iphone 6s if its due for an update which can fix bugs or issues in the software
4. Reset all of the settings on your iphone 6s as a last resort
