If your iphone 7 / iphone 7 plus is in a bootloop your going to want to
1. Make sure your iphone is plugged into some kind of charger to make sure it has some kind of charge on it (when your iphone is constantly boot looping its impossible to see if there is any battery life)
2. You also want to make sure your using an apple certified usb cord since most of the chinese third party cords are garbage
3. Now if your iphone 7 / iphone 7 plus is in a boot loop your going to want to hold the home button and power button for 10 seconds (wait to see if this takes care of the problem if not move onto the next step)
4. Try doing the same thing above for 20 seconds as opposed to 10 seconds
5. If your still having no luck then you can try to do a restore on your iphone 7 / iphone 7 plus by plugging into itunes and then holding the home and power button until the apple logo pops up. You will then want to release the power button and continue holding the home button. This will put your iphone into recovery mode, and itunes will give you an option to restore as new (you will lose the info on your iphone but it will get your phone to work again)
