If your locked out of your iphone 7 / iphone 7 plus your going to want to
1. Get ready to put your iphone into recovery mode. To to this you will need to have itunes loaded up on your pc or mac and have a usb cable plugged into your iphone
2. You will then want to hold the power and home button until the apple logo appears, and then let go of the power button and continue holding the home button
3. You will then get a recovery mode icon on your iphones screen which will take us to the next part
4. If your locked out of iphone 7 / iphone 7 plus you will then need to look at itunes on your mac or pc and click the restore option
5. Yes you will lose whatever data you currently had on your iphone, but you should have a backup on your pc, mac, or icloud account
