If your iphone 7 / iphone 7 plus has no service you are going to want to first

1. Replace sim card with your old one.....if you have a new sim card on the same network that could be an issue so i would check that
2. Reset your network settings
3. Turn off lte voice in settings and data usage
4. Restart your phone or leave it off for 5-10 min overheating issue
5. Make sure no outages in your area
6. Try to update to the latest os
7. Go to apple store see if they can trouble shoot it further
