Iratus: Lord of the Dead - Good Always Wins - Final Boss (v157.05)
Double Blood Phantasm because I got a quest event that buffed a Blood Phantasm and I wrongly assumed that it buffed all my Blood Phantasms all the time, otherwise I would have just gone with double Zombies.
Really fun game, and I think Good Always Wins is a nicely balanced difficulty overall. I beat this without looking up anything whatsoever and without talking to people because I wanted to do it all on my own.
The main comp I used over the run was Zombie, Lich, Blood Phantasm, Fallen Dhampir.
Zombie is the main damage dealer, supported by the Lich's Dominate Undead and the Fate spell, dealing ~210 damage on turn 2 while ignoring block. Lich was also used to just generally buff the other two units, and once someone died to summon a Skeleton or kill off an almost dead unit to preserve the others (works especially well with Blood Phantasm). Early on in the playthrough when you need a lot of stance interruption, the Fallen Dhampir would often do that and then utilize the reposte added to the Blood Phantasm's mark on her. Later on that part of the combo kind of fell off, as there were fewer stances to disrupt and enemies had too much block and armor to really utilize the reposte. Dhampir was still really useful in those situation since using her cheap ult can strip enemies of both block and armor. Blood Phantasm was just sort of my generic damage dealer, that probably could have been replaced by a second Zombie, Vampire, or whatever have you in act 2 (although Vampire and Dhampir kind of overlap in roles), but I liked the comp too much to change it up.
I got Finger of Death somewhere late in act 2, and I did not have the balls to test if it ignored ward, so I always made sure to strip the ward charges first. I still don't know if it ignored ward or not lol.
I got into this day a couple days ago and played it a ton, probably the highest density of game playing since like ... middle school? Very fun.
