IrK is an interesting imitation of Einhander, from practically every element of the gameplay (though less flat-out actiony and more manic) to the use of many German words and phrases. Actually, the game is both German and Japanese, though I still think the story is only in Japanese. You play as a girl (surprise) who goes around blowing up machines, some of which basically rip off those found in Einhander, and you can use powerful spells and capture pods from defeated enemies.

This game is certainly no replacement for Einhander, but it's a decent alternative. Enjoy.
