With my iRobot Roomba s9+ out of service, due to Error 31 of death. Finally, with enough complaining iRobot sends me a i7+ loaner since s9+ has been backordered since DEC 2020. I still get emails everyday from irobot customer support that my s9+ is still backordered. I probably wont get it till July 2021. I'm just glad they send me a loaner for the time being. I can't even use the s9+ anymore. If you own a iRobot Roomba S9+ and its giving you error 31 of hell. Call iRobot customer support and demand a loaner!!
