Iron Blade - Gameplay Walkthrough Part 1 - Campaign (Android/iOS/PC)
6Iron Blade is a 3D action RPG inspired by the Dark Ages where players take on the life of a knight to face off against challenges and threats while roaming the vast European continent. From enemy soldiers in France to the undead of Scotland (not to mention Romanian vampires) your knight is to champion his cause against the forces of evil.
Combat systems in Iron Blade are innovative and well-adapted to touch screens. Tapping on the left side of your screen at exactly the right moment has you blocking and counter-attacking enemy blows. Meanwhile, a quick tap to the right hand side of your screen has you deploying your own attacks. On the other hand, a long press while sliding across your screen launches other special attack skills.
Missions in Iron Blade are fairly short, lasting no longer than 2 or 3 minutes–tops. Normally, for the greater part of that time-slot you're facing off against half a dozen supernatural non-human enemies, but from time to time you'll also be taking on the average run-of-the-mill human. The real trick to this game is learning how to strategically manage your combat skills to adapt to each of your distinct enemies, otherwise you won't stand a chance in any of the levels for story-mode.
Iron Blade is an excellent action RPG. Its console-level graphics, control systems and neatly adapted gameplay tie in exceptionally well with its huge number of weapons, armor and other add-ons for your character.
