47Iron Knight is a new MMO published by Tencent Games (Blade and Soul China) and developed by Aurora Studio (Moonlight Blade) that just started its closed beta, so here is some (laggy) gameplay.

The game combat may remind to other games like War of the Roses or Mount & Blade, more strategic than pure action, but set in the Three Kingdoms Chinese era in this case.
The graphics are ok, not too much, but since this game is focused on big sieges it's ok I guess. Characters have nice details, but environments could have better textures I think.
The combat is not the typical, I think that makes this game interesting. You have to move your mouse to perform attacks, just like with a Wiimote, to emulate your weapon direction in combat to perform an attack and also to defend yourself.
This game is fully instanced, but it features large maps with big sieges, like 70 vs 70, there is also mounted combat, and big siege weapons. I doubt to try those, cause can't play due the high ping but sounds interesting.
This game aims to be released in the West according to some news sites.
