Is BLEACH Rebirth of Souls A Fighter Worth Playing!?!?
22BLEACH Rebirth of Souls is an Anime series that is VERY popular in Japan and this is the first time on Xbox in a long time that we have something from the BLEACH universe on Xbox. This time around we get an anime arena fighter that really seeks to go beyond the normal and provide a deep combat system that is accessible allowing players to play their favorite characters. These battles are big in scope and they last awhile. The biggest thing I found in playing this was the very distinct playstyles of the characters. While some knowledge of the BLEACH series might be helpful, a novice like me still found the game accessible. I really liked the ability to experience the BLEACH story from Ichigo's rise to Soul Reaper! I don't want to spoil it for anyone, but there a rich story here with good graphics and game play. While some who are invested fans of the franchise might see it as a missed opportunity as it might not be as big and as deep as die hard fans want, but for me it was playable and I was able to follow the story.
