Why is Crunchyroll not working?
On your console, clear your CACHE, and then delete the APP DATA (in that order) before uninstalling, deactivating/unlinking your device from the My Devices page, and reinstalling the Crunchyroll app. Mobile users: Please see the Android or iOS section of our Knowledge Base.
Why can't Crunchyroll connect?
Maybe your internet service is down, or maybe someone is hogging your internet connection. 3) Crunchyroll itself is down. You can try and check using tools such as down for everyone or just me. You can also test your connection through your computer.
Why does Crunchyroll keep loading?
Could be a pop-up blocker, ad blocker, no-script, ghostery, etc, etc. Try incognito mode, or a bare-bones install of a different browser you don't normally use. If that works, then you need to disable your extensions one at a time until you find the one doing it, then figure out how to whitelist CR in that one.
