Over the Christmas and New Year break, I spent an afternoon/evening replacing the hard drive in my PS4, since the original was too small. Watch as I recap the approach I took and outline some of the steps you'd need to take in order to do this yourself.

I didn't do any before/after comparisons as this has been done to death by other channels, but needless to say using anything other than a typical mechanical drive will improve the performance of your PS4.
