Depends where you live. 16 countries in the world have completely banned people with any kind of seizures to drive. It does not matter how long ago it was, you're still not allowed.
You HAVE to know the limitations and laws in your country. If you're planning on travelling outside of your country by car, make sure you're FAMILIAR with the law of that country. You might even commit a CRIME without even knowing it.
