Is Linux Really About Choice, or Is Everything Really the Same Thing Everywhere?
Such a question can be controversial, but it does need asking. Everyone has such different rices on their systems, and they use so many different WMs, DE, and other programs to make it look the way it does, but underneath, everything is pretty much the same. Many distros use the exact same init systems and you can pretty well use the Arch Wiki to troubleshoot problems on Ubuntu. The largest difference between distros is package management systems. There are few exceptions to this.
