McGinnis got the most changes out of any hero this update, and she's also one of the beneficiaries of this new item store! The new item called Healing Tempo greatly boosts her healing output and grants a powerful fire rate and movement speed boost to all allies that she heals! Critically, this boost stacks with the base fire rate boost that her Medicinal Specter gives, granting a combined 75% fire rate boost for potentially her entire team! As you'll see later in the video, this is utterly overpowered with a teammate like Wraith!
