479Russian president Vladimir Putin has ordered 160,000 men to be drafted into the Russian army – despite claiming he wants to find a diplomatic end to the war in Ukraine.
While the political deal-making continues over the future of Ukraine, the war is still raging all along the 800-mile frontline, albeit with very little movement.
There are reports that the Russians are preparing to launch a spring offensive in the coming weeks.
