3The Cloverfield Paradox is a movie released on Netflix that is the third part in the Cloverfield set of movies, or the Cloververse if you will. While it doesn't have any solid connections to the previous films there are plenty of easter eggs and references to both Cloverfield and 10 Cloverfield Lane. But is this movie any good? Does it hold up the Cloverfield name? Check out the review to see if it is worth it!
Set in the not too distant future, Earth is in a bad state as an energy crisis reaches it's climax. A group of scientists from across the globe think that a new particle accelerator could provide the energy they need. The testing will be done in space just in case of any accidents.
2 years of trials resulting in nothing but failure the crew tries one more time and it's a success! But not as good as they would hope. This opens up a hole in reality and a lot of kooky stuff start to happen. Now the crew must figure out what is going on and how to get home.
