Is Unirally Worth It? - Video Game Review -
9Unirally, or should I call it Uniracers as that's the name of the video game in the USA. Released on the Super Nintendo in 1994 this racing game has you play as a unicycle. Made by DMA, who also made Lemmings and Grand Theft Auto before they became Rockstar Studios. Is this a hidden gem or should be forgotten? Watch the video to see if it's worth it!
Unirally is a game without a story, you are racing for the gold and that's all you need to know! The history to the game is much more interesting. This game was part of a lawsuit with Pixar studios. You know, the people that made Toy Story, The Incredibles and Finding Nemo, they sued this game.
They had made an animated short called Red's Dream which stars a Unicycle so they claimed that DMA had stolen their design and concept. And they won! THe judge is an idiot, of course Unicycles will look similar, there isn't much you can really do to them. So this game probably wont see a re-release but is that a good thing or a bad thing?
