It's a little bit semantic this one, because of course the OG Stalker Games, like Shadow Of Chernobyl are open-world, it's just that you've got to load in and out of different map areas as you progress.
I'm pleased to say that with Stalker 2: Heart of Chernobyl, so far anyway we appear to have a seamless open-world, where there is no loading transition between different parts of the map, or if there is, it's well hidden as you cross things like bridges, go through tunnels or check-point buildings.
