The PlayStation VR 2 (PSVR2) is finally here and with it we enter the next-generation of virtual reality games on the PlayStation 5...or do we? Is the PSVR 2 worth buying (and the huge asking price)? In this review I go over the new features of the PSVR2 and whether or not the current launch line up is worth your time. Does PSVR 2 live up to the hype or has PlayStation just released a device of empty promises? I also give quick reviews/impressions of Horizon Call of The Mountain and Gran Turismo 7 VR.

Note - I have played close to 4 hours of PSVR 2 with a majority of that being spent in the Super Formula Car in Gran Turismo 7 VR. The PSVR 2 gameplay was captured using an Elgato HD60S and all the crashes in Gran Turismo 7 were all done by me (no stunt person hired). I also tested Gran Turismo 7 VR on my Fanatec DD1 Sim Racing Rig.

Note 2 - Because of foveated rendering, the gameplay recorded may look a little blurry at times.
