Just my two cents on the matter. I don't profess to be an expert in air arcade or air rb in War Thunder, but I have been talking with a lot of people who all seem to share a general concern with the upcoming SAM changes. I find it odd that for once the air sim game mode is benefiting more from a change than the other modes..time will tell if this proves to be a correct assumption.
