The content extension has been out for a few days but I have just had time to try it. This boss and the stage can easily destroy you if you have a weak relic/box build, and is not familiar with its mechanisms.
Personally I think it tests your deployment strategies just like the Sad Lock, both to avoid overwhelming damage and to create opportunity for the damage dealers.
