Remember the "atomic bomb" item combo I posted earlier? Well, this one is different, but seems somewhat similar. I mean, it has massive tears hanging on top of Isaac for something over five seconds... Maybe it's just My Reflection at work. I rarely use it. I don't know how Rubber Cement synergizes with piercing tears, if at all, but I had it on me, and I like to think that it helped.

I got Death's Touch early, found Rubber Cement somewhere along the way, then picked up Tractor Beam somewhere and it helped with aiming. But then I got Marked, hoping to get only its tears up component, without the crosshair. I still got the crosshair, which made aiming very awkward. However, I found Monstro's Lung soon after, and it overrode the crosshair, and also gave my tears a very fast charge time. To be fair, I already had very good attack speed thanks to a couple of lucky Tears Up pills, and Eden's Blessing.

Towards the end, picking up Eve's Mascara really hurt my charge time, but the increased tear size made my scythes hit the entire screen, which also made the shot speed decrease negligible. I'm not really sure if the scythes were able to multi-hit enemies (Rubber Cement is supposed to allow your tears to multihit), but they sure spawned tons of flies, which then did obscene damage. I would even go as far as to say that completing my Guppy transformation was taking it too far.
