Isolated Warrior is a side-scrolling video game developed by Vap Inc. (a division of Nippon Television) for the NES game console and published in February 1991. In Japan, the game was released under the name "Max Warrior: Wakusei Kaigenrei".

History - The game takes place on a distant planet named Pan (English Pan). Human civilization is being attacked by a mysterious alien race. Aliens have a unique ability to absorb life forms and inanimate matter - mechanisms, buildings, and so on. Planet Pan in a short time comes under the control of aliens, the population is urgently evacuated.

Special Forces Captain Max Maverick is the only survivor of an alien attack. Refusing to evacuate, he tries to single-handedly resist the many times superior enemy forces.
