didn't record a game yesterday because my mental was boomed. my positive framework is very effective, but it is no use if i cannot stay positive. not to say i am easily irritable, but instead there are factors that speed up the rate at which i get tilted. yesterday was one of those days. i think getting more sleep on a daily basis will improve it significantly. eating more food has already improved it and so has constantly being around my family. i think waking up early in the morning plays a part too. the lightbulb flicked on when all of these factors came together and it started to dim when my lack of sleep started to catch up to me. so that's what i will be working on. today i got carried away though i need to do better with that. i aim to push my sleep time back by 30 min every night to make it more gradual. when it comes to the game, i haven't been thinking about too much other than my movement. strafing is something i can only think hard about in 1v1 situations. so i am trying to get used to constantly keeping my momentum kind of like how idekami keeps all of his. i also have doubled down on the Yuki strafe being my main lurch strafe. i have hit the point of doing it too much, so know its time to be aware of not spamming it and instead making them more impactful. aim is aim I'm not thinking about it too much. right now i just need to catch up on sleep before i cram anymore important information into my brain. goodnight!
