In this Lets Play of It Came from the Desert (1989), the influence from 1950s B movies is readily apparent with gigantic ants, knife fights at the drive in, and escape sequences. This non-linear story can be played multiple times since there is a time of day system where characters in the story do different things based off when you meet them.
