It came from the desert | Turbo-Grafx playthrough | Real hardware
This version is very different to the original Amiga version due to the live action FMV sequences. Even the minigames are different. The structure of the game is a bit confusing as you don't really know what objectives you have to accomplish to complete the game. I had to use a guide to use the correct route and save me a lot of painful hours. A guide couldn't save me from the pain of the last level. It's ridiculous due to the insta-death of an ant when it pops up on the side of the screen. In the end, I took my chances jumping over them because once you start shooting one ant and another appears behind you, it's game over.
The last boss is also insta-death if you don't know exactly how to defeat it. Once you know how, it's very easy, but you can mess it up due to the bad controls.
It’s a unique game anyway and the B-movie atmosphere is great.
