Part 8 - We are Absolute Monsters: The Elephant Queen
We pick up outside the elephant queen's castle, and get to exploring and messing with the towns people. We practice our darts, and try to save a stuck villager, before we hop on a train and ride it to our next destination. We stop and make some art, by mixing all the colors together then drawing a certain member of the male anatomy to hang on the fridge. Before we make it to the queen, we have to go through her dungeon, and get to play in a top down Diablo style level with magic powers. We use our sword and magic to make it through the dungeon. We finally make it through the dungeon and confront the queen. She is lovely, and hospitable, and we promptly get to murdering her despite her cries of terror and please for her life. We as the players feel like monsters, but our characters seemingly feel no remorse as they selfishly destroy their daughter's toy to make her cry and return to our bodies. We may need therapy after this, and as our characters sit down to learn about what they need to do next, we decide to take a break before tracking down the first fragment of the letter.
