After some days of playing Fortune Street on the phone and on Vita, I decided to play Portable. The reason I neglected this game for awhile was because of the weird sounds the videos will make when I was test running the setup. Weirdly enough, when i recorded this video, I did not hear the sounds I would usually here. (Maybe the TV swap helped) One more thing, sometimes my videos here will turn off for half a second to 1 second due to how I gotta charge my PSP here and there. Check 30:24 to see a glimpse of it. It is not much of a problem since this was recorded and not streamed. Turns out using a charger cord while displaying the PSP to TV messes up with the screen go figure. Anyhow, starting up the Itadaki Street Portable variant of the DQ and FF Series. The main point of interest in Portable is the Battle Road Mode (Tour/Story Mode). Like the other DQ and FF series, there are multiple Sets. each with a set amount of boards to clear through. Only major difference is that Portable has 3 Tourney Sets to test the player's luck and skill in the game. (I will go over how they work when I play one in due time). In Part 1, I start up the first Set and complete the first Board, Erdrick's Castle for 10k (DQ I). I choose to play as Cloud from FF VII for the 1st set. The opponents here were Yuffie (FF VII D rank), Meena (DQ IV C rank), and Slime (DQ I D rank). I think this was the first time I ever did not win on this board in Battle Road lol. Meena with the 3/4 set the game and Yuffie was trying her hardest to get 2nd lol. Enjoy
