I wanted these features since transparent item frames got introduced in the game!
Features:
* Can toggle visibility by clicking while holding an item frame.
* No need for special item/tools (could be interesting though).
* Remembers visibility state while not removed from the wall.
* Easy to lock/unlock both rotation and visibility.
* Has "lock view" mode to help you organize your frames.
* Multiplayer compatible (needs more testing though)
* Lightweight and efficient, no extra entities or lagging.

I'll update it to include glow_item_frames too when 1.17 is officially out, I just to get some initial feedback from the community.
