Item Upgrading

You will need to head over to a Blacksmith, who can easily be found by checking your map or following the marker. The closest Blacksmith that will be around when you obtain the quest would be Zivek who is east of the Kyovashad Waypoint. Head over to the Blacksmith and speak with him to open up his menu and select the third option, which is to upgrade items. You will then need to place the item that you want to upgrade into the slot and press the upgrade button, which will complete the process.
