Since the Terrain of Magical Expertise doesn't use a standard leveling-up system with experience points, "Power-Ups" are the way you and your party members of the Dandy Alliance will grow in strength. Power-Ups are ancient artifacts hidden in treasure chests scattered across various locations in the four regions of TOME. Each one is associated with any of five different color codes, all with different boosts and enhancements to your statistics. While you're out exploring, you'll be able to unlock the powers of these trinkets when interacting with an "Equipment Stall". There's also a major emphasis on collecting enough consumable Items to last through your toughest battles!

::TOME'S 9TH ANNIVERSARY WILL BE HAPPENING ON NOVEMBER 11TH!::
We plan on conducting a special Q&A to answer your questions about the game directly! If you send an email to TOMECARNAME@GMAIL.COM with a question, we may answer it in the November update, so we'll be gathering them up until then. Obviously, we won't be giving out any spoilers about the plot or character details, so be wise about what question you ask! In addition to the Q&A, we will also be officially releasing the "Together We Shout As One" Anime Opening Music video and putting up the song for download on our official bandcamp page...and if THAT wasn't enough for you…we'll also have a very special gift for all loyal followers of TOME. We won't spoil what it is, but we sincerely hope you look forward to it~
