Community Building Challenge Rules:
1) build/dig some sort of formation to call "home"
2) home needs to be big enough to contain a platform with
3) a research chamber
4) the research chamber must be powered in any way
5) small rover
6) parking area for the rover
7) connect the home to the central base via a driveable path.
8) each home needs to identify their claimed area by a tether fence
9) and must have a beacon as a mailbox
10) a platform to hold personal storage
