As the Title suggests, yes... I **HAVE** been up for 24 hours. 27 Hours and 8 Minutes at the typing of this sentence... to be exact.

Thanks to *proper* Arcade Preservation, AKA MAME, we're able to experience one of my all-time favorite Titles; Alien Versus Predator. And sadly, it's still unknown outside of Retro Enthusiasts and us Peeps who grew up in the Arcade Era.

Fun Fact: Capcom's AvP is based off of an early draft for Fox's then upcoming Film. Sadly, the Film was cancelled but Capcom was far enough into development at the time, so they went ahead and released AvP as a standalone Arcade Title.

And holy hell is it amazing. Capcom kept all of their established Gameplay Elements from earlier 2D Sidescrollers, refined them to Fighting Game levels, and then mixed in every important and distinctive Alien and Predator reference that they could. The results speak for themselves.
