One of the final components for my 2016 build has finally arrived. I debated strongly about getting a GTX 1070 but the marked up price and limited availability made me reconsider. I managed to find a new Asus STRIX GTX 970 for $239 after mail-in rebate. I will be using this card until my wife's PC is completed; at which point I will give her my card and likely buy a 1070 when the price and availability is more reasonable. Stay tuned for more information on this build. I will have a few videos coming out surrounding the parts, prices, and the build process.
