IT'S OVER 9000!!! Small Giveaway, One Winner. (Rules/Details in Description)

So, this giveaway is going to be fast (because I'm not really one to like giveaways too much anymore because they usually fall on me for the most part) however, I do want to give one special person a chance at an EXTREMELY rare find.
One person, that MUST be a subscriber to the channel, will have a chance to win a SHINY HONEDGE. But this Honedge isn't a normal Honedge...
The ball it is in: Dive Ball (A Ball that yours truly uses 90% of the time, 10% being a regular Pokeball because the Pokemon can't breed into it)
The Nature: Modest (Special Attack Raised, Attack lowered)
The IVs:
HP: 31
Attack: 9
Defense: 31
Special Attack: 31
Special Defense: 31
Speed: 30
Now, one may ask "Why would I want a Honedge that doesn't have good attack at all? It can only learn like 2 special attack types after all." This is where the "Ace in the Hole" comes in.
The Hidden Power: ICE
Because it's Hidden Power is Ice, this thing can take out Garchomp, which in Doubles for sure is one of the most commonly used Pokemon, and because it doesn't hit physically it won't take Rough Skin / Rocky Helmet Damage. This thing is a Slayer of Dragons I guess you could say, doing what a true knight's sword would do. The first 2 stages do NOT have any Special Attack in them but once you hit Aegislash and go into blade mode, it's Base Special Attack goes up to 150 and can max out at 438 if at level 100 and maxed out in EVs or 222 Special Attack if at level 50 with max out EVs (although I don't recommend maxing it actually, reasons I won't say but this is the Pokemon you would customize if you win)
Also, reason why Speed is at 30 and not 31 is because if you are into trying to get Hidden Power, you need all odd numbered IVs except for Speed which that means the max it can be is 30 (Attack can be up to 31, but 9 is better actually because less attack on Foul Play, which hits the Honedge line with super effective hits)
Either way, this is a Pokemon that I'm sure quite a few of you would want, and with that...
How do you enter?
1a) Be a subscriber for the channel! Don't try to get past me.
1b) Also, if you do not have subscriptions on public, it will be harder for me to find out if you are indeed a subscriber and thus if I can't find you (because 9000+ subs is a lot) you will be disqualified from the competition.
2) Comment and tell me why you should have this Honedge. I don't want some rinky dink comment either, I want a good amount of effort put into it!
3) NO CLONING THE HONEDGE, if I come across an Aegislash online that just happens to not only be shiny, knows Hidden Power (I do have a Garchomp too) AND happens to be a Dive Ball... coincidence? (I'll pretty much be asking for an oath here) This is suppose to be a prized Pokemon that I'm giving more of out of kindness, not some prize that you go to a lab, clone it, and make profit off of. (cause trust me, I'm not a giveaway person, as they are rather hard to get through IMO)
4) Enter before the 2 week period ends (April 5th through April 19th ending on that day at 11:59:99 Eastern Time)
After the giveaway period is done, I will be choosing who the winner is. I have not decided if it will be by best comment I like (like an entertaining comment, that really gets to me) or if I will just do a drawing for it. SO BE CREATIVE!
