IDK why but I get the feeling that maybe the character we're playing as is the Gore Doctor. The only real problem I had with the game is that combat feels a little unfair or maybe unbalanced (you'll see when I get to the last boss fight in the video). I think it's actually one of the better games I've played that uses Horror Engine so if the combat ever gets rebalanced, I'd love to play it again.
